why we do it
We recognize the challenges that youth face in foster care as well as after care and realized that not enough is being done to help them.
Our team's abundance of experience with the system has shown us that the compassion and resources of a village is what youth are in need of and deserving of.
Change starts here.
Our
Life Skills Program
Foster youth in our group home participate in our Life Skills Program while also developing connections with a community that can greatly benefit them through their early adult lives.
Our
Independent Living Program
Youth preparing for their transition have access to more personalized guidance through our Independent Living Program which progresses with them while in care and after.
Our
Casitas
Youth that have aged out also have the option to live in our Casitas where they can safely begin to navigate their independence without the concern of homelessness.
Our
Youth After
Foster Care
Youth that have aged out of our program will continue to receive the guidance and support of their village to help ensure their success and wellbeing after they age out.
